Genuine Neon Paraiba Tourmaline (Cuprian Elbaite/Copper Bearing) at 2.83ct in a near flawless Portuguese Round cut with stunning brilliance. This extremely rare cut loses most of its’ rough during the cutting process. This one was from the mine owners Private Collection. In 2007, he sold some of his precious collection.
